Welcome to the Ashwood Reward Points Programme.
These Terms & Conditions outline how our reward programme works for both new and existing customers. By participating in this programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
• The Reward Points Programme is available to both new and existing customers.
• Customers must have an active online account with us to earn and redeem points.
• The Programme is subject to change or termination at our discretion.
• Reward points are only awarded on orders placed via our online store found at www.ashwood.biz
2. Earning Reward Points
• Existing Customers: Receive 1 reward point for every £100 spent on *eligible purchases*. Each point earned is worth £1.
• New Customers: Receive 10 points for every £100 of their first order value in points. For example, if an order value is £250 in total, customers will receive 25 bonus points. Each point earned is worth £1. After their first order, customers will then receive points as per the ‘existing customer rules’ going forward.
• Special events can earn extra reward points depending on the offer available. This can include more reward points on orders, specific products etc.
• Points are calculated based on the nett total order value after discounts, special offers. VAT is not included in the calculation of the value of an eligible order.
• Points are awarded once an order has been fully processed and completed.
• Points are only awarded on orders placed via our online store. All orders placed by telephone or by email will not be eligible for reward points.
• Certain products or services may be excluded from earning points at our discretion.
• *Eligible purchases* refers to most orders placed at our online store found at www.ashwood.biz.
3. Redeeming Reward Points
• Reward points can be redeemed towards future orders placed at our online store only. All orders placed by telephone or by email will not be eligible for reward points.
• The redemption value of points will be clearly stated on our website.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
4. Account Management
• Customers must have an online account with us in order to redeem points. Points cannot be added to a guest account.
- Customers can track their reward points balance through their online account.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure points are credited correctly. Any discrepancies should be reported within 28 days of order completion.
5. Programme Modifications & Termination
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward points programme at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via our website or by email.
• If the programme is terminated, unused points will expire immediately unless otherwise stated.
6. General Terms
• We reserve the right to disqualify any customer from the programme if suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Reward points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England.
• The reward points programme is only available on orders placed via our online store, orders placed after 1st April 2025. All online orders placed before this date will not be eligible for reward points.
