Ashwood Returns and Rejection Policy

All goods returned to Ashwood for any reason will be required to have extensive quality control checks undertaken before being accepted back into stock and refund issued.

Return Of Unwanted Items

All courier collection fees, or customer own delivery fees will not be refunded for unwanted items.

Items listed as special offer, special order or custom printed will not be eligible for unwanted return.

Only items purchased within 30 days that are in resalable condition are eligible to be returned. Goods can be returned to us using the customers own postage service, any damage to goods when returned using own customers service will not be eligible for a damage claim.

Ashwood courier collection service will be given to customer upon confirmation of return of goods. This fee will be variable depending on the postcode and consignment weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater out the two)

Return Incorrect Items

Goods that are missing or incorrect from delivery must be reported to Ashwood in writing within 21 days from date of invoice. When the items are received into our warehouse, they will be checked as to whether they are incorrect.  Once the item has been confirmed as incorrect, the item must then have extensive checks against our quality control procedure before being approved.  Once approved you will then be refunded for the collection fee and incorrect product only if in a resalable condition.  If not in a resalable condition you will be charged for the incorrect product.  If approved that the product that was sent was incorrect, we will then send out the correct product.

Return Damaged Items

Goods that are damaged due to delivery must be reported to Ashwood within 3 days. Once reported, further information will be required, such as photo evidence showing the damaged product and packaging.  Once you have processed the return through the procedure above it, we will arrange for this to be collected and returned to our warehouse. When the items are received into our warehouse they will be checked for damage. Once approved you will then be refunded and sent a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Return Faulty Items

Faulty items sent back to us must undergo a thorough inspection. It may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back, we will inform you how we need to proceed.

Rejection Of Items Returned

Any item returned due to being unwanted or incorrect must undergo a thorough inspection followed by extensive quality control checks. If goods returned are to show signs of use and/or missing items, the return request will be rejected, and no refund will be given.
