Jointing Biscuits

All our jointing biscuits are pressed for high tensile strength and are made from top quality hardwood and machined to a tolerance level of 0.2mm.

The timber used has been extensively dried and compressed to create biscuit-shaped dowels, which are intended for joining precisely cut pieces of timber together.

When used with wet glue, compressed beech wood expands, strengthening the bond and creating a secure joint.

They are perfect for plywood, composition board, and plywood and board jointing that needs to be robust, quick, and accurate.
