Post Production Printing on Ashwood Products
 
To help our customers who want to have Ashwood products post production printed with relatively simple artwork (for promotions, birthdays, weddings etc.) we have come to an agreement with a printer and can now offer the following service for most of our products.
Most Products - For a Single Colour Printed Name or Logo (but see below for napkins)
- The initial set up cost is £100 (to cover printing plates etc)
- After set up, the cost of printing is £100 per thousand - minimum £100
These two charges are in addition to the normal cost of the products in question:
Examples:
Type 102 Waxed Ice Cream Cups
- 1000 pieces special small order price = £102.79
- Add print set up costs of £100
- Add cost of printing at minimum of £100
- Total = £302.79 or 31p each
- 1845 pieces (1 full carton) = £117.82
- Add set up costs of £100
- Add cost of printing at £100 per thousand = £184.50
- Total = £402.32 or 22p each
Napkins 40x40 cm³ 3 ply
Printed napkins can be supplied as follows:
- Set up costs = £100 lump sum
- We can then "print and supply" the napkins at £125 per thousand. This "print and supply" price includes the cost of the napkins themselves. The minimum order is 1000 napkins. i.e. £100 set up and £125 to "print and supply" giving a total of £225 or 22.5p each.
Smaller or larger quantities for all products can be printed and we will be happy to prepare a custom quote for you. More than 1 colour can be printed but again a custom price will be quoted upon receipt of your artwork details.
Delivery times will be approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of order - possibly quicker subject to the current workload at the printers.
ALL prices above are exclusive of VAT but include delivery to a UK mainland address and are subject to our confirmation upon receipt of your order and final artwork in electronic form (e-mailed file).
